About Havertown Dental Studio

At Havertown Dental Studio, you’ll be treated by people who take the time to get to know you. Dr. Raj Faldu and Dr. Stephen Capiotis now lead the practice, bringing years of training and a shared commitment to customized care. Dr. Casimir Wolanin, who has served Havertown since 1990, and the staff who still work here are part of the same dental family, and they’re all focused on making every visit comfortable.

Dr. Stephen Capiotis, D.M.D.

Dr. Stephen Capiotis is a Berks County native and currently resides in Reinholds, PA. After attending Immaculata University, he obtained his bachelor's degree in nursing, graduating with highest honors. Steve then worked as a registered nurse at the Reading Hospital and Lebanon Veterans Hospital for over 12 years in oncology. However, Dr. Steve’s heart was always in dentistry, so he decided on a career change. He attended Midwestern University in Illinois and graduated with his doctorate in medical dentistry (D.M.D.). He is a member in good standing with the American Dental Society, the American Dental Education Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry and a and Sigma Theta Tao. Dr. Steve enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Raj Faldu

A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Raj graduated from Penn State University in 2006 with honors in vertebrate physiology. He received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 and earned a fellowship with the International Congress of Implantologists in 2012.


In his free time, Dr. Raj loves playing with his French Bulldog named Stanley, supporting all things Penn State, Philadelphia sports teams, and Formula 1 racing. Staying active in the gym, golfing, and riding his bike through trails are all favored hobbies of his.

About Dr. Casimir Wolanin

Dr. Wolanin graduated with a BS degree in science from Gannon University in 1983. He went on to attend Temple Dental School and graduated with his doctorate in dentistry in 1987. Dr. Wolanin has been in his solo general dental practice in Havertown since 1990. He has been committed to providing excellent dental care for over 36 years.
